• Expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
• Entry fee to any attraction or monuments and guide charges not included.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Travel Insurance.
• Any Domestic airfares or train tickets
• Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Room availability will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
• Above rates not valid for Christmas, New Year and any blackout dates as specified by resort/hotel
• We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
• 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be deposited 45 days before actual check-in date
• Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
• All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.

Cancellation Policy :-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
• No refund for unexpected departures.
• In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded. MySacredTrip will assist in getting maximum possible refund.

• Prices are subject to change with any increase in the cost.
• Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
• In the event of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

BOOKING POLICY :

• 50% Advance is required to process the booking and to hold the services
• Time Limit for Balance payment is 30 days prior to Travel Date
• Confirmation of Services will only be given after receiving 100% payment
• Payment will be taken in INR only - in our bank account via Bank transfer / NEFT / CHEQUE
• Service Vouchers will be shared a week prior to Travel Date and is subject to receipt of 100% payment
• The above package can be customized as per the your Requirement and budget. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
• Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
• We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees
• Tour Package Cost given is as per current rates
• Cost is not applicable on peak season, festival dates and blackout dates
