TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance 50% before 45 days from the Tour Starts.
• All the above mentioned rates are per person rates
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• Please note the readymade packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra. Sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual.
• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only.
• All disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded.
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers

IMPORTANT NOTES :

• Although we pride ourselves in constantly maintaining our program the above-mentioned program is subject to change without prior notice due to situations beyond our control
• We have not blocked any rooms. Package cost & room availability is subject to change at the time of actual booking
• ROE will be calculated at the time of full payment.
• As per RBI policy Passport & Pan card copies are mandatory.
• Quoted rates are valid for the above-mentioned Pax travelling together.
• If any Blackout dates/ Long weekend falls in this period then surcharge will be applicable.
• Vehicle will not be at disposal. It will be exclusively used as per the itinerary Point to point basis).

TCS NOTE :

TCS is collected via MST.TCS credit would reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis. You may also request TCS certificate from MST.

• Claiming your credit

• Charged TCS can be claimed against the tax payable at the time of filing the return.

• Receiving credit

• In case there is no tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing income tax return.

• Clear scan passport copy (front & last page).
• Clear scanned photograph.
• Hotel booking confirmation.
• Confirmed returned flight tickets.
• Health insurance policy with a minimum coverage of USD 50,000 stating clearly covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 during stay in Thailand (not included in package cost)
