TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Room availability will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
• Above rates are not valid for Christmas, New Year and any blackout dates as specified by resort/hotel
• We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
• 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be deposited 45 days before actual check-in date
• Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
• All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
• No refund for unexpected departures.
• In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded. MySacredTrip will assist in getting maximum possible refund.

• In the event of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

BOOKING POLICY:

• 50% Advance is required to process the booking and to hold the services
• Time Limit for Balance payment is 30 days prior to Travel Date
• Confirmation of Services will only be given after receiving 100%payment
• Payment will be taken in INR only -in our bank account via Bank transfer/NEFT/ CHEQUE
• Service Vouchers will be shared a week prior to Travel Date and is subject to receipt of 100%payment
• The above package can be customized as per your Requirement and budget. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare,hotelchargesorotherservicecharges,thesamewillbeleviedextra.
• Check-In &Check-Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
• We may have to reschedule the sight seeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees

• Cost is not applicable on peak season, festival dates and black outdates.
