• Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy
• The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year
• Higher side if travel dates are falling under Long Weekends/Blackout Date/Festive Dates etc. Rate may also vary in case of base room category is not available.
• This is Just a Quotation. No booking has been made yet, Rooms are subject to Availability.
• Standard check in time is 13:00Hrs and check out is 10:00Hrs.
• Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
• Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 75% of tour cost
• Between 30 and No Show ;100% of tour cost
• In an extremely unfavorable situation due to Govt orders like lockdown we will reschedule entire trip at a later a date within one year’s period

SASAN GIR JUNGLE SAFARI DETAILS

1. Sasan Gir lion Gypsy safari Charge:

For Indians – INR 4500/- per jeep including Permit, Guide charge and jeep charge. Maximum 6 adult + 01 child can accommodate in 1 Jeep.

For Foreigners – Mon to Fri : INR 11,500/- | Sat & Sun : INR 13,000/- per jeep including Permit, Guide charge and jeep charge. Maximum 6 adult + 01 child can accommodate in 1 Jeep.

(It would remain closed between 15th June to 15th October – Monsoon period) NOTE: If They would get Bolero gypsy then additional Charges INR 1500/- Per Gypsy would be payable by guest at actual.

2. Devaliya Park Gypsy Safari charge:

For Indians – INR 4500/- per jeep including Permit, Guide charge and jeep.

For Foreigners – Mon to Fri: INR 11500/- | Sat & Sun: INR 13,000/- per jeep including Permit, Guide charge and jeep charge.(maximum 6 pax can occupy), need to book online subject to availability. Time Slot: 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 3PM, 4PM, 5PM - 55 minutes safari. (Open throughout the year, Every Wednesday closed)

NOTE: If They would get Bolero Neo gypsy then additional Charges INR 1000/- Per gypsy would be payable by guest at actual.

3. Devaliya Park Bus safari Charges:

For Indians – INR 200/- Per Person (SIC Basis in Minibus) -

For Foreigners – Mon to Fri: INR 6000/- Per Person | Sat & Sun: INR 7200/- Per person

online and offline both facility available (subject to availability). Time Slot: 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM (30 minutes safari) & 03:00 PM to 04:30 PM (30 minutes safari) (open throughout the year, Every Wednesday closed)

GENERAL NOTE:

1) Vehicles would be running days according to the itinerary.

2) Nishkalank Mahadev darshan would only available during the low tide time. (Reconfirm the time according to travel date)

3) Gir safari charges are not included in the package cost. If you want to book it please inform us and if it is available online than we shall book it for you.

4) Gujarat is a dry state hence sale and consumption of alcohol/liquor is prohibited here. If you are a non-residence of Gujarat then you need to take liquor permit from this link http://eps.gpeonline.co.in/ to carry liquor and can also buy from government- authorized liquor shops which can be consumed inside the hotel rooms only.

5) No reservation made currently. The above mentioned hotels will be confirmed as the per room availability. Otherwise wewill confirm similar category hotels.

6) In temples of Gujarat – Please avoid to wear shorts/half pant clothes (for both men and women) while visiting religious place to not hurt anyone’s sentiment.

7) All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved address photo identity card (INDIAN Nationality) and Valid Passport and Visa/O.C.I/P.I.O for Foreign Nationals upon arrival. In absence of the valid id’s, hotel has the right to refuse booking at the time of check in And Compass Tourism will not be responsible for any inconvenience.
