  • Above tariff is in INR and valid on twin sharing basis for a group of minimum 14 Passengers traveling together
  • Rates are applicable for stays between 1st July to 31st July 2024
  • Room availability and rates are dynamic. No rooms have been blocked. It will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
  • Above rates not valid for any blackout dates as specified by resort/hotel
  • We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
  • 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
  • Remaining 50% to be deposited 45 days before actual check-in date
  • Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
  • All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.

  • The vehicles provided are not on a disposal basis, but from point to point basis as per the tour Itinerary

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
  • Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
  • Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
  • Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
  • Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
  • Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
  • Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
  • No refund for unexpected departures.
  • In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded. MySacredTrip will assist in getting maximum possible refund.
