• Above tariff is in INR and valid on twin sharing basis
• These rates are applicable for 10 people traveling together.
• Rates are applicable for stay between 1st Feb 2022 to 31st Mar 2022 only for booking made upto 28th Mar 2022
• Room availability will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
• Above rates not valid for Christmas, New Year and any blackout dates as specified by resort/hotel
• We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
• 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be deposited 45 days before actual check-in date
• Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
• All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.

Cancellation: -

• In case of a cancellation more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the function, no cancellation charges. Only a service charge of INR 1000/- Per Person would be deducted.
• In case of a cancellation less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the function, MST reserves the right to charge 10% of the total bill as retention.
• In case of a cancellation less than 30 days prior to commencement of the function, MST reserves the right to charge 30% of the total bill as retention.
• In case of a cancellation less than 15 days prior to commencement of the function, MST reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention.
• In case of cancellation, more than 61 days prior commencement of the function, no retention charge will be levied.
• In an unfortunate situation of lockdown imposed by Government , a credit note will be issued which can used for future bookings. We will try our best to get cash refund as well.
• Flight / Ferry Cancellation charges as applicable by respective carriers

Note :

• Kindly note that if private ferry is not operational then the clients would be transferred to Neil Island and Havelock by the govt. ferry
• As per Instructions from local administration for Covid safety upon arrival at the airport the client has to produce Covid Negative RT-PCR report issued from the ICMR registered hospital made not more than 48 hrs OR Double Dose Vaccination to be provided.
• If the Guest are unable to produce negative report OR VACCINATION CERTIFCATE then they shall be returned to the origin destination from the airport itself for which the charges has to be paid by the client directly or they shall be quarantined and all the extras has to be paid by the client directly. In that case there would be no refund applicable against the tour paid on the hotel and transfers part and 100% retention shall be applicable.
• Kindly note that all the sightseeing has been undertaken by local govt. Administration therefore there might be delay/cancellation in any of the below sightseeing without any prior information. In case the same happens alternate sightseeing would be provided.
• Kindly note that as per latest update from the hotels in case of any natural calamities, bad weather conditions or cancellation of ferries there would be no refund on the hotel and ferry part and all the extras would be direct payment basis. Kindly inform the clients accordingly to avoid on tour complaints.
• As per update from administration once the tickets for light and sound show at cellular jail is booked on the particular day and if the show is cancelled under any condition there would be no refund. Tickets for the next show would be subject to availability and on direct payment basis. Also as per the availability light and show tickets shall be provided i.e. 01st show, 02nd show, 03rd show or 04th show. Same shall be applicable for govt. Entry permits in ross island /north bay. Also, since the light and sound show tickets are online therefore if tickets for light and sound show are full the clients would be provided visit to cellular jail instead of light and sound show. Inform the clients accordingly.
• Please note that at Havelock due to limited vehicles the vehicles have to cater all the clients on timely basis therefore at some period especially during peak period there might be delay of reaching vehicle at the hotel/sightseeing spots which the guest has to adjust as the same is not under our control. Similarly, during pick up and drop at light and sound show at cellular jail and north bay/ross island excursion at Port Blair the vehicle has to drop the client and immediately the vehicle are forced by the police officials to park the vehicle at the parking lot. Therefore, once the light and sound show is over or return from north bay/ross island excursion there might be delay as there is heavy rush during that time and guest has to wait patiently till the vehicles comes at the spot to pick them up.
• Kindly note that as of now just two private ferries (Makruzz/green ocean) are operating therefore if the private ferry tickets are sold out then you shall be transferred to havelock and Neil island by govt. Ferry.

Other Important Points for Travel to Andamans

• We have quoted with Inter Island transfers by Private ferry (Makruzz/ ITT Majestic ). Incase private ferry is not operating we will book Govt. ferry Tickets. Our first preference is to book only Makruzz as it is more comfortable and a faster way to travel.
• Elephant Beach/Light House Trip is subject to weather conditions and incase of rough weather if the trip gets cancelled then alternatively we will take guest to Kalapathar Beach.
• Inter Island Trips are subject to weather conditions and incase it gets cancelled no refund will be done
• Being a small Island run by the Lt Governor many times Public Holidays are announced at a short notice for which we have no prior information due to which most Sightseeing Places are closed and while we try to provide guest an alternate itinerary or make them cover the same another day we do not have control over the same.

Note on Transportation used in the Packages:

• The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
• At Port Blair we generally provide XYLO, Ertiga,Indica and at Havelock TATA Sumo /Xyl0/Indica or similar and at Neil Island Eeco or similar.
• At Havelock and Neil as the area is backward & due to unwritten syndicate rules your vehicle & drivers will change for every transfer & sightseeing. These drivers come from remote places and are not educated in tourism etiquette and some of them do not know how to speak & behave. You are requested to be soft & gentle with your drivers.
• Often in past guests like you, have been misguided by such drivers.
• We would like to inform you not to listen to such people & reconfirm whatever they say with our team
• As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings.
• Once left in the vehicle, there is, almost nil or little chance, of getting it back.
• Due to shortage in space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby. Due to uncalculated situations the vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as vehicle arrives you will have to get in, within few seconds, before the policeman blow his whistle.
• As per Motor Vehicle Act capacity of a Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio / Xylo) is 06 pax including Adult or Child. Also while opting for Luxury Vehicle please travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. However for comfortable & safe traveling it is advisable to fit in maximum 04 to 05 adult in a Luxury vehicle.
• For a couple it’s good to hire a two wheeler and explore the Island.
