Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
Between 45 days and 60 days; 50% of tour cost
Between 44 and 31 days; 75% of tour cost
Between 30 and No Show ;100% of tour cost
In an extremely unfavorable situation due to Govt orders like lockdown we will reschedule entire trip at a later a date within one year’s period
Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
No refund for Visa fees

OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES:

Horse Riding upto Baisaran Valley (Mini Switzerland) in Pahalgam to be done at own cost. Approximate charges - Rs. 1000-1200 Per Pax.
Only local union vehicle is allowed in Gulmarg. Guest need to book local union vehicle for transfers inside Gulmarg. No outside vehicle is allowed.
Local Taxi in Sonmarg for Zero point @ Rs.5000 for 01 Cab to be booked by own
Bargaining in everything is must as no rates are fixed by the government and if any rates are fixed they are just for the show purpose .
Any other activities not mentioned in inclusions like horse riding/tips/ extra food ordered / entry fees / liquor etc.
Local Union Car in Pahalgam Rs. 2000 for 01 Small Car (Tavera- Sumo - EECO) for Aru Valley, Betab Valley & Chandanwari.

Note: In winter, the road from Tangmarg to Gulmarg gets blocked and can only be travelled upon with help of snow chains. Additional charge of Rs. 3200 for a cab from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is to be paid directly by the guest on ground.
