• Any up gradation in hotel room category
• Any meals not specified in the itinerary
• Any extra expense such as route change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
• Cost of any individual Airport / Railway station transfer
• Any Increase in the Airfare / Hotel tariff charges.
• Any tips to driver, hotel staff guide & tour managers (It would encourage them)
• Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost  In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded.
• Hotel/ Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers

Terms & Conditions:

• 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance 50% before 45 days from the Tour Starts.
• Check In/Checkout time at all the properties would at 10:00 hrs (May vary from each hotel)
• All the above mentioned rates are per person rates
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• Please note the readymade packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra. Sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual.

1) This year main season is very less days (10 May to 15 June) rates can change also depending available hotels and rooms. Kindly ask for availability at the time of confirmation.

2) Due to uncertain & tough terrain conditions, sometimes there could be last minute cancellation with the booked hotels despite advance booking. MST Team will try to get an alternate booking for you. However, in such extreme cases hotel facilities may change
