TERMS AND CONDITION:-

• Above tariff is in INR and valid on 6 Adults & 2 Infants traveling together
• Rates are applicable for stay between 1st Sep to 30th Sep 2024
• Not Valid for any peak season, festivals , events, etc
• We have not blocked any rooms now. Room availability & rates are dynamic. It will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
• Room Category: All the above hotel room categories are based on the first basic entry level Room Type of the Hotel.
• Above rates not valid between any blackout dates as specified by resort
• We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
• 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
• Package Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
• Airlines cancellation as per airlines policy
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 3:00 PM & 12:00 PM local time (but can change for any location without prior intimation) and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• Any unutilized service by the guest is non refundable.
• Attraction tickets (Time Slot & Dated one) once issued cannot be amended.
• Any changes in itinerary or timings please inform us at least 96 hours prior to tour or arrival. No last minute changes will be entertained.
• Due to peak season pickup & drop off for SIC operations can be delayed between 15-30 Min.
• Please carry original Passport or valid photo id for Burj Khalifa.
• For Dubai Dolphinarium every guest need to pay AED 5 to enter in Creek Park which cannot be pre-purchased For Sharjah arrival All fully vaccinated travelers from India must carry pre-approval from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship( ICA)
• For Departure Purpose every guest Adult/Child/ Infant must do PCR Test within 48 hours of Flight Departure from Dubai
• The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition.
• On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.
• All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY :-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
• No refund for unexpected departures.
• In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded. MySacredTrip will assist in getting maximum possible refund.

TCS Note :

TCS is collected via MST.TCS credit would reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis. You may also request TCS certificate from MST.

• Claiming your credit

• Charged TCS can be claimed against the tax payable at the time of filing the return.

• Receiving credit

• In case there is no tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing income tax return.
