TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

• Above rates are not applicable during exhibition or any peak dates
• 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be deposited 45 days before actual check-in date
• Rates and availability are subject to change at the time of confirmation.

• Child age is mandatory to share as few hotels charge extra bed above 5 years of age.

CANCELLATION OF LAND TOUR :

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 75% of tour cost
• Between 30 and No Show ;100% of tour cost
• In an extremely unfavorable situation due to Govt orders like lockdown we will reschedule entire trip at alater a date within one year’s period

STANDARD CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs
• Check-out time is 12.00 hrs

SPECIAL NOTE

• Visa Will be Available on Arrival basis
• All Visitors have to wear decent clothing to cover the body appropriately when visiting religious places and shorts and sleeveless tops are not acceptable. This rule is strictly adhered to at all religious sites specially, the Sacred Bo Tree in Anuradhapura and the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy.
• Visitors should remove hats, caps, shoes and slippers when entering buildings and sites with religious monuments. Most of these places have a secure facility at the entrance for visitors to leave behind shoes and slippers for a very small fee.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Child under 6 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: Free of charge (no meal is provided)
• Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of package cost
• Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults with extra bed: 80% of package cost
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with one (1) adult: 95% of package cost
• Child 12 years old and above: 100% of adult cost

TCS NOTE :

TCS is collected via MST.TCS credit would reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis. You may also request TCS certificate from MST.

• Claiming your credit

• Charged TCS can be claimed against the tax payable at the time of filing the return.

• Receiving credit

• In case there is no tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing income tax return.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE :

• If you are planning to book a tour package to Sri Lanka, then it is important to plan your expenditure in advance. While visiting local shops, tourist attractions, and restaurants, it is best to pay in cash. For this purpose, you will need the Sri Lankan rupee; however, you can only buy these bills within the country. Keeping this in mind, it is best to carry USD or INR that you can easily exchange at the airport or at a foreign money exchange store. You can also carry an international ATM card on your Sri Lankan tour so that you can withdraw cash easily.
