CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded.

COMPULSORY TIPS POLICY:

• Group from 1 pax – 5 pax: Minimum USD 6/guest/day
• Group from 6pax - 10pax : Minimum USD 4/guest/day
• Group from 11 pax up: Minimum USD 3/guest/day

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• TOTAL DOMESTIC AIRFARES (2 internal flights Hanoi - Danang, Danang - Ho Chi Minh) = US$ 200 per person
• OPTIONAL EXTRA MEALS (vegetarian is available)
• Vietnamese lunch = US$ 12 per person
• Indian lunch = US$ 14 per person
• Vietnamese dinner + private evening transfer = US$ 16 per person
• Indian dinner + private evening transfer = US$ 18 per person

TOUR TIME & ACTIVITIES :

• Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any changes to the departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.
• Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won't affect to the sites to see and other activities afterward, if you leave later than the written time;
• (1) you will certainly have a shorter visiting time.
• (2) you will have to cut some of the sightseeing places.
• (3) you may have to pay extra.
• Your change of activities: If you wish to change the site to visit or other activities, please inform us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.
• Extra charges can be applied to changes (time and activities) such as tour guide and driver are working more than the confirmed details.

ACCOMMODATION:

• Check-in time of hotel is after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm
• Notes: Hotel/Cruise can be changed into similar standard, depending on the availability.

FOOD:

• If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us know well beforehand, we cannot cancel / amend the booking within a day.
• Meals are served as a set menu in the local restaurant (except for the cruise) unless you have special requests.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

• Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the international one.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Tour rates are based on current fuel rates and subject to change if the fuel rates increase by 10%.
  
• Airport pick up/drop-off for flights from 22:00pm to 6:00 am will require a surcharges for guide fee and vehicle: USD 10/guide for group 110pax; USD 20/guide for group from 11 pax up for per way pick up or drop off; surcharges for per way transportation is USD15/4-7s car; USD20/15s van; USD25/24-35s bus; USD35/45s bus.
  
• Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program. Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from 08:00am17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm. Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel. Over time charge:
  
• USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
  
• USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
  
• USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up
  
• If you need more time for sightseeing or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost from the beginning.
  
• For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals.
  
• Your understanding and punctuality is really appreciated because our tour guide and driver also need to refresh and recharge their health to work well on the next days.
