- Things not mentioned in cost inclusions
- Any Transfers other than Inclusions.
Please note: In case of any natural calamity resulting in rerouting transportation charges or any accommodation not mentioned in inclusion will be additional and change in itinerary will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY:-
- Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
- Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
- Between 45 days and 60 days; 50% of tour cost
- Between 44 and 31 days; 75% of tour cost
- Between 30 and No Show ;100% of tour cost
- In an extremely unfavorable situation due to Govt orders like lockdown we will reschedule entire trip at a later a date within one year’s period
- Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
- No refund for Visa fees

- Above tariff is in INR and valid on twin sharing basis for a group of 12 Adults + 2 Children (8 years, 11 years)
- Rates are applicable for stay between 1st Mar 2023 to 20th Apr 2024
- Room availability will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
- Above rates not valid between any blackout dates as specified by resort/hotel
- We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
- 100% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
- Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
- Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation.
- All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.

- The above package can be customized as per the your Requirement and budget. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
- Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
- Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- In Himachal and Kashmir, and any hill station the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5* and so on.
- We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
