• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, pandemic , epidemic, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Extra cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, weather conditions, etc
• Check in Time & Check-out Time as per discretion of hotels Early Check in and Late Check-out is Subject to Availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

• 50% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be deposited 45 days before actual check-in date
• Rates and availability are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• Additional expenses incurred due to Flight Cancel or Delay or natural disaster to be paid directly by guest
• In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, shall offer similar Hotel.
• All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
• Accommodation is subjected to availability at the time of receiving your confirmation.
• Scanned ID copies of all guests must be sent to us via email with rooming list & meal preference.
• If Any changes required in itinerary then it must be informed in advance
• Airport transfer Supplement chargeswill be applicable before 8:00 A.M& after 8:00 P.M depending upon vehicle type
• Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform activities as per the Package Inclusions on point to point basis
• Tour Guide or Escort Is mandatory in our tour for Kathmandu city tour
• Tips to Waiter , Security Guards ,bell boy, etc not compulsory but if Guest want to tip them it should not be less than 100/-NPR
• Tip to Driver should not be less than 1000/-INR if you are giving who will be with you for more than 5 day

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 75% of tour cost
• Between 30 and No Show ;100% of tour cost
• In an extremely unfavorable situation due to Govt orders like lockdown we will reschedule entire trip at a later a date within one year’s period
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
• No refund for Visa fees

REQUIRED DOCUMENT TO ENTER IN NEPAL :

Valid passport OR original voter id is required for Adults (18yrs & above). Other ID proof not valid

For Guest below 18 years should carry school id with Photo , Birth certificate , Aadhar Card or similar id

Properties used: Using base category rooms at respective properties unless specified.

TCS Note :

TCS is collected via MST.TCS credit would reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis. You may also request TCS certificate from MST.

Claiming your credit

Charged TCS can be claimed against the tax payable at the time of filing the return.

Receiving credit

In case there is no tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing income tax return.
