• A Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room per night will be levied for all foreign tourists staying at hotel across Malaysia, as per the Malaysia Tourism Tax Act 2017. The tourism tax amount is not included in room rate and it will be collected from guests direct at checkin.
• LANGKAWI: With reference to Trade ByLaws under the Local Government of (Langkawi), hotel guests are committed to Tourism Fees of RM 3.00 RM 5.00 nett PRPN for stays as determined & imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon checkin.
• PENANG: The Municipal Council of Penang Island will be imposing a RM 2.00 nett 3.00 Nett per room per night fee payable directly to the hotel upon check in
• PAHANG: Pahang state will be imposing a state tax RM 3.00 Nett per room per night fee payable directly to the hotel upon check in
• SIC Transfers are not applicable from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Only private vehicle will be applicable with midnight surcharge.
• Snoworld Genting is closed until further notice.
• Cable Car Langkawi is closed from 17th July'22 till 20th Aug'22

Special Request:

• Any amendment in itinerary will be accommodated if intimated 96 hours prior to arrival in Malaysia
• Strictly no amendments can be done for ongoing file , i.e. Passengers on ground.
• Any special request such as early checkin / late checkout is subject to availability upon arrival and solely depends on hotel discretion.

• Customer Travelling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by Coach need to call Hotline Number after crossing SUNGEI BESI TOLL PLAZA for timely pick up from Coach drop off point.

• Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the concerned cancellation policy of Hotel & Cab.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
• No refund for unexpected departures.

In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded. MySacredTrip will assist in getting maximum possible refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

• Rates are valid for a minimum of 2 pax traveling together.
• Travel validity until 30th August 2024.
• Booking validity until 15th August 2024.
• Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, peak dates, and Fridays-Saturdays.

TCS NOTE :

TCS is collected via MST.TCS credit would reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis. You may also request TCS certificate from MST.

• Claiming your credit

• Charged TCS can be claimed against the tax payable at the time of filing the return.

• Receiving credit

• In case there is no tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing income tax return.
