- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Above tariff is in INR and valid on twin sharing basis for Six people traveling together
- Rates are applicable for stay between 1st May 2024 to 31st May 2024
- Room availability will be confirmed at the time of actual booking
- Above rates not valid between any blackout dates as specified by resort/hotel
- We strongly recommend Travel & Medical insurance to all our customers.
- 100% advance to be deposited for confirmation at the time of booking
- Cancellation charges will be as per hotel policy
- Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation.
- All disputes limited to Pune Jurisdiction only.
CANCELLATION POLICY :-
- Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
- Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
- Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
- Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
- Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
- Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
- In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
- Post-paid sim is must for J&K. Pre-paid sim will not work in J&K
- In Katra for Pithu / Palki / Pony services Municipal Committee Katra has fixed the rates and they are displayed on the rate card outside their booking office at Banganga. If someone is over charging above the listed rates its upto you how hard you can bargain.
- Yatra Slip for Mata Vaishno devi Temple is free of charge, do not pay anyone for the same.
- In Srinagar if you are staying at the Houseboat :-Shikara Crossings are complimentary, do not pay for the same.
- Booking Gondola tickets online well in advance is advisable as it is mandatory to book online.

- Our Cab will not do the local sightseeing at Gulmarg , Pahalgam ABC Valley, Sonmarg Glacier as it is mandatory to hire a local union
- It is not mandatory for guest to take ponies in Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction point are in close proximity so you can walk it down. How-ever, if still you wish to take poly ride / sledging / rafting etc the rates the highly negotiable. Please bargain to your max.
- Sightseeing to Aru Valley / Beetab Valley / Chandanwari at Pahalgam will be by local taxi union only. Due to union outside vehicles cannot enter these places. The rate are highly negotiable if you wish to visit these places. You have to pay extra directly. (This is not applicable if already in inclusions)
