• Any up gradation in Vehicle
• Any extra expense such as route change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced circumstances during the tour as per our terms and conditions
• Any activity charges/ water sports other than those included in the tour itinerary
• Water sports activities are subject to climatic conditions.
• Any kind of insurance.

Cancellation: -

• In case of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 25% of the total bill as retention.
• In case of a cancellation less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 50% of the total bill as retention.
• In case of a cancellation less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention.
• In case of cancellation, more than 61 days prior commencement of the travel date, no retention charge will be levied. Only a service charge of Rs.1500 Per Room will be charged.

Billing Instructions: -

• An advance payment of 50% of the guaranteed amount to be made towards the confirmation of the bookings.
• The balance the amount should be paid 45 days prior to the Check –In date.
• All payments made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of Sacred Odyssey Services Pvt Ltd
