• Any additional service of the vehicle beyond day trips or during ‘leisure time’ as mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra as applicable, unless specified.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘Inclusions’ above.

Cancellation Policy:-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers
• No refund for unexpected departures.

In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted ascredit for future bookings or may be refunded. MySacredTrip will assist in getting maximum possiblerefund.

Billing Instructions: -

• An advance payment of 50% of the guaranteed amount to be made towards the confirmation of thebookings.
