• Cost for Air-ticket (which is always given separately, unless mentioned).
• Cost for supplementary service, All optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges, Sightseeing entrance fees.
• Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Travel / Any kind of Insurance & Premiums, Rafting Charges.
• Cost for service provided on a personal request.
• Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
• Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head.
• Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
• Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc

Cancellation: -

• In case of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 25% of the total bill as retention.
• In case of a cancellation less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 50% of the total bill as retention.
• In case of a cancellation less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention.
• In case of cancellation, more than 61 days prior commencement of the travel date, no retention charge will be levied. Only a
• service charge of Rs.1500 Per Room will be charged.

Billing Instructions: -

• An advance payment of 50% of the guaranteed amount to be made towards the confirmation of the bookings.
• The balance the amount should be paid 45 days prior to the Check –In date.
• All payments made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of Sacred Odyssey Services Pvt Ltd
