Cancellation: -

In case of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 25% of the total bill as retention.
In case of a cancellation less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 50% of the total bill as retention.
In case of a cancellation less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the travel date, MST reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention.
In case of cancellation, more than 61 days prior commencement of the travel date, no retention charge will be levied. Only a
service charge of Rs.1500 Per Room will be charged.
Billing Instructions: -

An advance payment of 50% of the guaranteed amount to be made towards the confirmation of the bookings.
The balance the amount should be paid 45 days prior to the Check –In date.
All payments made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of Sacred Odyssey Services Pvt Ltd
