Cancellation Policy:-

• Before 120 Days; 10% of the tour cost
• Before 60 Days; 25% of the tour cost
• Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of the tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of the tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days;75% of the tour cost
• Between 14 and No show; 100% of the tour cost
• In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt, the refund will be at the discretion of the hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded.
• Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service provider.

Billing Instructions: -

• An advance payment of 50% of the guaranteed amount to be made towards the confirmation of the bookings. The balance
• amount should be paid 45 days prior to the Check –In date.
