Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc

(to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land

arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Anything not mentioned in inclusions.

Cancellation Policy:-

50% Non-refundable amount once booking is made

30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated Bill.

15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.

07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill.

In an extremely unfavorable situation due to Govt orders like lockdown we will reschedule entire trip at a

later a date within one year’s period

Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service providers.

All payments made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of Sacred Odyssey Services
