Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which maycome into effect prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:-

Before 120 Days; 10% of tour cost
Before 60 Days; 25% of tour cost
Between 45 days and 60 days; 40% of tour cost
Between 44 and 31 days; 60% of tour cost
Between 30 and 15 days ;75% of tour cost
Between 14 and No show; 100% of tour cost
In case of a lockdown imposed by Govt refund will be at the discretion of hotel & would be adjusted as credit for future bookings or may be refunded.
Flight / Helicopter /Train cancellation policy as per respective service provider.

Billing Instructions: -

An advance payment of 50% of the guaranteed amount to be made towards the confirmation of the bookings.
The balance amount should be paid 45 days prior to the Check–In date.
All payments made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of Sacred Odyssey Services Pvt Ltd
